A Personal Fight for Rights & Clarity
In 2024, Roxi became involved in a legal battle following an arrest related to clothing-optional beach access and constitutional rights issues in Palm Beach, Florida.
What followed included multiple hearings, incarceration, appeals, and an ongoing effort to document and challenge the legal process she experienced firsthand.
This experience became part of the foundation behind Common Lawgic’s mission to help individuals better understand systems, procedures, and their rights.
